Matching funds are not required for OSPs.
For CPs, however, either the county, the facility, or both must invest a minimum of 10 percent match toward the project. Certain types of in-kind match are allowed but must be approved by CDSS. Specifics of the match process are documented in Section 303 of the NOFA. Services cannot be used for match.
