Counties that want to receive their allocation must first accept the funds for OSP and/or CP payments online by July 15, 2022, using the Director’s Certification form. When accepting, a single county department must be specified to administer and implement program components throughout the life of the program.
Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP), is contracted with CDSS as the consultant and third-party administrator across the entire CCE program and will provide technical assistance and training to counties during all phases of the project as required. Counties may request these services by contacting cce.preservation@ahpnet.com.
