This guidebook provides an overview of the entire Housing Choice Voucher program that provides rental assistance for low income residents. Providers of housing with services can apply through their local housing authority to be approved to accept rental subsidies. This guidebook provides a chapter on special housing including SRO, shared rooms and supportive housing types.
